I understand that life happens and there are times that we have to reschedule appointments. All efforts are made by photographer to reschedule appointments and apply what was paid to future bookings.
Booking Policy:
Leanne Masten Photography requires payment in full at time of booking photography session. No session is confirmed until payment is made in full. PayPal is the method used for payment. Other arrangements can be made for payment with photographer if PayPal is not used. No checks accepted.
Credits or gift certificates cannot be used toward special event sessions such as Santa Mini Sessions, Easter Mini Sessions, Apple Blossom Mini Sessions, etc.
Reschedule policy:
In the event you must reschedule your photography session, a minimal 48 hour notice must be given to photographer. A reschedule time will be set that is convenient for photographer and client. All reschedules are based upon photographers availability. All reschedules must be done within 3 months of initial scheduled booking.
Inclement weather policy:
Unfortunately we cannot control the weather especially this unpredictable Georgia weather. I watch the weather closely because I know it changes often but we may have to reschedule for a day with less wind, no rain or drier conditions based on location. All sessions will be rescheduled at an agreed upon date and time that both client and photographer are available. Photographer reserves the right to hold the final decision if to cancel due to weather, conditions of location and safety.
Cancellation policy:
The cancellation policy is for clients who wish to cancel and NOT reschedule with Leanne Masten Photography for a future photography session.....
If you cancel your appointment within 10 days prior to scheduled appointment, a full refund will be given. If you cancel your session within 48 hours prior to scheduled booking, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged and remaining balance refunded to client. If client cancels less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment, no refund will be given. If you are a NO-SHOW for a confirmed appointment, there will be no refund and Leanne Masten Photography is not obligated to any further service to client and may refuse future services. If photographer is unable to fulfill her responsibilities to photograph client on date of booking and a reschedule time cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be given to client.
Special Events:
If you cancel your booking for a special event session within 7 days prior to event, I will try to fill that time slot. If I am unable to fill your time slot, I will apply amount paid to a future regular session. If you do not wish to book a future session, you will NOT be refunded your booking payment. If your spot IS filled, a refund will be given minus the non-refundable deposit (if applicable). If you cancel within 48 hours of a special event or are a NO SHOW, no refund will be given.
Special events, in most cases cannot be rescheduled and why this policy is so strict so please make every effort to attend these special events that are booked. You may gift a special event that you cannot attend to someone but it must be discussed with photographer in advance.
